Connecticut photography
If you’re in the New Canaan, CT area sometime between January 11 and February 9, stop by the Carriage Barn Arts Center (www.carriagebarn.org) to enjoy a juried photo show (including one of mine, I’m excited to report!!). The show has some traditional photography but also emphasizes “innovative presentation and process”, and there are some truly out-there examples of photography represented! If you like abstracts, or exploring the ways a photo can be transformed through processes in the digital darkroom, you’ll undoubtedly enjoy the show. Many of the pieces are for sale, too (and admission is free).
Carriage Barn Arts Center gallery hours are Wednesday-Saturday 10 am – 3 pm, and Sunday 1 – 5 pm.
