Photography shows in Connecticut, juried photo exhibitions in Fairfield County
Happy January, everyone! I’m enjoying a little bit of catch-up time–January and February are always an opportunity for me to redesign elements of my website, take a few online and in-person courses on photographic subjects that expand my scope, learn how to use new equipment I’m investing in, and focus on a few creative projects. One of those projects is inspired by the barn where I ride–its quiet and its light. I love horses though I am by no means an expert. Taking these photographs is a way of learning about them for me. I was so happy to hear that two of my photographs were accepted into a juried show at the Carriage Barn Arts Center in New Canaan (juror Jan Nagle), which will be on from this Friday til Sunday Feb. 21st. The opening is tomorrow from 6-8 pm, if you happen to be in the New Canaan area!
