The weather hasn’t exactly been consistent or predictable lately, which means I spend a lot of time obsessively checking the hourly forecast! But intermittent clouds can make for some great light for photographs, especially in the evening, which is when I met with this wonderful family to document their special relationship to this beach park in New Haven near their home. They have been coming here together weekly (including in the winter!) for many years, and I think that in the photographs you will see why. Beautiful location, beautiful light, absolutely beautiful family.
