Erika and Felipe made it official this weekend at the beautiful Roseland Cottage in Woodstock, CT. I have so many photos of people hugging from this wedding, maybe my highest percentage ever, and that sums up how people feel about E & F – you just want to hug them :-). They are warm, kind, smile often, and are so invested in their relationships with family and friends (and of course, with each other!). I heard Erika sincerely thank the people working at the wedding more times than I can count! And I loved their attitude from the beginning: don’t sweat the small stuff. Focus on gathering the people you love to witness your vows (which were written by them, and I think every single person listening was crying!), and to thank them for being a part of your life. Showers passed through before and after the main event – Erika danced in the rain! – and it didn’t matter to anyone. It was a joyous day and I feel so lucky to have been a part of it.
