The Yale childbirth classes are some of the most convenient classes in our part of Connecticut. You will be able to choose from online and in-person classes. By selecting their in-person sessions, you are going to get some hands-on assistance while getting to connect with other parents across the area. Their childbirth classes are available as either full day or two-week series. During this time, you are going to learn about the different types of birth (including both vaginal and c-section deliveries), comfort measures, what to expect from the different stages of labor, pain relief options, and the role of a support person.
