Connecticut family photography, Stony Creek family session, holiday photos in Branford
This beautiful family lives in Texas, but were in CT to visit their aunt and her family, as she was about to have a baby :-). They did an amazing job dealing with the cold (they were definitely shivering by the end of our session–but I was too, and I’m certainly used to it!), and being so free and fun for the whole time we were together. It’s my favorite kind of session, when everyone just has fun and doesn’t overthink anything! And here’s the most amazing part: they found out that their little cousin Piero was born WHILE AT THE SESSION! So I have some photos of them first finding out and getting to see the very first photos ever taken of him. That was a first for me, and made the session even more special (particularly since I had just photographed the new mom still pregnant two weeks earlier!). Thank you for a wonderful session guys, I absolutely loved meeting all of you!
