We lucked out with lovely weather and beautiful light on Saturday, so I finally got to photograph this family about a month after originally planned (we got rained out the first time!). It was worth the wait–we had a wonderful session at the Glastonbury Historical Society. The kids were so polite, fun-loving, and totally into the session, even making suggestions for photos (which I LOVE – it means they are taking ownership of the experience, which means the photos will be even more meaningful to them down the line!). Big brother really reminded me of my Max (same style of silly faces, same take charge personality, same loving snuggles for mommy), which is always extra fun for me, and little sister has the SWEETEST smile (and incredible balance – she stood on a fence with no help, no wobbling, amazing!).
